Terms
Plain terms for a plain directory. These describe how we work; they are not legal advice, and nothing here is a substitute for your own.
What the site is
A list of Texas companies that have done data-center or mission-critical work. A company is listed when a page on its own site, or a general contractor's project page, shows that work. A listing with proof on file links to the page we checked and says when somebody checked it. Being listed is free, and it stays free.
What a listing says, and what it does not
A listing says one thing: on the date shown, the page we checked showed that company doing this kind of work. It is not a rating or a recommendation, and it says nothing about a company's prices, licensing, insurance, safety record or availability. Those are theirs to tell you. Check them the way you would with any contractor.
Partner slots
Three partner slots per trade in each market. $1,500 a year, billed once by invoice. No two-year contract. Cancel anytime. Paying does not change the proof behind any listing.
Corrections
If something on a listing is wrong, claim the listing on its page or email us, and we will fix it within five business days. That is free, whether you are a partner or not.
Your material
Your company name and website stay yours. A listing shows only what is public: your company name, trade, city and website, and the page we checked. We never publish your inbox.
Where we stand if something goes wrong
We are a small company running a directory. If we get something wrong, what we owe you is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. We do not take on your lost business, and we do not take on decisions you made after reading a listing.
